9 cups of chex cereal
1 cup of Semi Sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Into large bowl, measure cereal; set aside.
In 1-quart microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter uncovered on High 1 minute; stir. Microwave about 30 seconds longer or until mixture can be stirred smooth. Stir in vanilla. Pour mixture over cereal, stirring until evenly coated. Pour into 2-gallon resealable food-storage plastic bag.
Add powdered sugar. Seal bag; shake until well coated. Spread on waxed paper to cool. Store in airtight container in refrigerator

Cookie Salad
160z. of Chocolate Chip or Keebler's Striped Cookies
1 cup of buttermilk
1 pkg. of Vanilla Pudding and size is great
9oz. of whip cream
1 can of Mandarin Oranges
Crush the cookies in a bag with a rolling pin but not into complete crumbs and set aside.
Then in a big bowl add the pudding and buttermilk and mix till smooth
Then add the cookies and mix it
Then add the whip cream and mix it
Then add the Mandarin Oranges
And then chill
Serve Chill

Chicken Pot Pie(Ingredients
Filling:
16 ounces frozen mixed veggies (carrots, corn, peas, green beans)
1 teaspoon chicken seasoning
1 pound boneless turkey breast, cut into bite size pieces or
2 cups cooked, cubed chicken
2 (10-ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
Topping:
16-onces refrigerated biscuit dough
1 tablespoon butter, melted

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Thoroughly combine all ingredients for filling. Transfer to a 2 1/2 quart
casserole dish. Cover with foil and place on baking sheet. Bake for 1 1/2 hours.
Remove from oven and discard foil. Mixture should be bubbling. Gently stir
mixture to evenly distribute heat. Open can of biscuit dough and arrange over
top of casserole. Brush tops of biscuits with melted butter. Return to oven and
continue baking for another 15 to 18 minutes or until biscuits have risen and golden.

Drop by spoonfuls onto a ungreased cookie sheetBake at 375 for 10-13 minutes or until golden brown.

Put 1 ¾ cups sugar, ½ cup milk, ½ cup margarine or butter, and 4 TBL Coco.
Boil for 1½ minutes then remove from heat
Stir in ½ cup of peanut butter, 3 cup oats, and 1 tsp vanilla.
Drop in balls on wax paper and let sit for 45 minutes
